- Sauteing, roasting, searing, soup making
- Knife work/chop prep
- Knowledgeable about health department standard cooling practices
- Stocking, labeling, marking down prices
- Practices serve safe techniques
Job Qualifications:
- Has fun preparing consistent and high-quality food
- Works calmly under pressure
- Comfortable with communicating
- Dependable, hard worker
- Able to follow recipes
- Self-motivated
- Has the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, & place objects weighing up to 50lbs, without assistance
- Fastidious about date marking and storing things where they go
- Basic math skills
